Construction and Property Notices

  • Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th, 2025 - completion date November 14th, 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Construction noise is limited to 8am-6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm on Saturday, per Town of Telluride municipal code.
  • Due to this construction, parking is limited. Please text your license plate number, state, and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
  • In May 2025, the HOA approved a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23, 2025. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.

  • Salt water hot tub and heated pool (summer only). Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings, or maintenance and cannot be responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
